Enhance®Fitness is an evidence-based group exercise program for older adults that uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivate individuals (particularly those with arthritis) to stay active throughout their life.
Each class in the 16-week program includes cardiovascular, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises, while fostering strong social relationships between participants.

Program Goals:
- Increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance to help reduce severity of arthritis symptoms
