The Y is honored to be part of Our State Magazine Senior Editor Mark Kemp's lifelong love of swimming! NC YMCAs are home to 133 pools (82 indoor pools and 38 outdoor pools at branches, plus 12 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool at Y overnight camps)! We look forward to seeing Mark at the Y as he works towards his goal to swim at all the indoor YMCA pools in the state he has yet to visit.
